Neil Morrice brings you all of his best bets from Tuesday's UK racing at Exeter, Ayr, Fakenham and Wetherby.
Exeter Best Bets
Race 2: BALLON ONABUDGET (1)
Trainer: Tom George
Jockey: Jonathan Burke
This is a far cry from the competitive handicap BALLON ONABUDGET contested at Market Rasen back in February. With only four rivals the 6yo is back in his comfort zone whilst returning to novice company. Refreshed from a three-month break, he will be hard to stop before embarking on the summer jumping route.
Race 3: STOP THE WORLD (4)
Trainer: Tom George
Jockey: Adrian Heskin
The consistent STOP THE WORLD can assist in making it a bountiful afternoon for his trainer and this looks a good opportunity for him to put his head in front. He might have been a bit keen for his own good in the early stages of his latest start at Ayr, with success here somewhat dependent on him settling.
Ayr Best Bet
Race 2: GREEN ZONE (7) (Each Way)
Trainer: Lisa Harrison
Jockey: Henry Brooke
The strong-travelling GREEN ZONE can flatter to deceive and is sometimes given plenty to do, but with a fast pace looking assured in this 13-runner field he can get into the shake-up. He had an impossible task from the home turn at Carlisle last time - the key is to have him handier.
Fakenham Best Bets
Race 4: ACHILL ROAD BOY (10)
Trainer: William Coltherd
Jockey: Richard Johnson
Long distance traveller ACHILL ROAD BOY can win the day's feature Norfolk National for the North. The blinkered selection is consistency personified and it was completely Our of character that he unseated in mid-race after attracting plenty of support at Perth last month. The booking of champion jockey Johnson has to be looked up as significant.
Wetherby Best Bet
Race 6: TWO BLONDES (2)
Trainer: Mick Channon
Jockey: Ben Curtis
Connections of TWO BLONDES have refitted a visor for the chestnut after his Ripon reappearance in which he faded after chasing the clear early leader. A very good worker at home, he was the subject of a number of on-course bets. If the headgear helps him settle he can have a big say in this.
